WHAT HAPPENS AT CAMP?
This exclusive educational camp will only take 40 kids to work with our Hollywood coaches. Our coaches will work with your child personally in very small classes of only 10 students (divided by age for individual attention), maximum per class. The camp is for your child to not only learn the art of acting, but the art of auditioning! Our casting directors and "ON SET" teachers, who have many years of experience in the industry, will be flying in to Chicago to teach young actors in a classroom setting. Teachers attending have worked on shows that have aired on Networks such as Disney, Nickelodeon, MGM, ABC Family, and more . Some of the past credits of Casting Directors and coaches currently attending include current popular kids TV shows like:
"JESSIE", "So Random!", "Sonny With a Chance", "Wizards of Waverly Place", "Suite Life of Zach and Cody" and "Richie Rich"!
At our camp your child will work one on one with our casting coaches to hone their skills in two contrasting scenes, one Film and one Kid Comedy. After being professionally guided through the process of preparing their material for 3 days they will have a rehearsal as well as spend a day, along with parents, being taught by two huge Hollywood guest Kid Casting Directors before they Showcase for some of the biggest Hollywood Agents and Managers.
These agents and managers will be flying to Chicago from Hollywood to give all the young attendees an opportunity to showcase what they have learned in class.
*NOTE* - There are NO guarantees of employment or getting an agent. This camp is strictly for EDUCATIONAL purposes only.
READY FOR YOUR CHILD TO TRAIN & SHOWCASE WITH THE BEST?
"Greg James’s, LA Kids Acting Camp, is one of the best showcases of it’s kind I have ever attended. Each actor receives individual attention, instruction and professional guidance, which prepares them to showcase for industry professionals at the highest level. Greg James truly cares about each of the actors he selects to participate, and personally ensures their experience is one that will serve them well in their professional future. I look forward to it every year."
